Return & Exchange Policy

We have an easy free Return and Exchange Policy. This policy allows for returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Conditions apply

Conditions

To be eligible for a free return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Send us a request for return or exchange on info@mrksports.com 

2. Once we receive your request we will follow up. It is important to send us necessary information such as, order no, order date, item ordered, your name, email and contact number. P

3. Once we have all necessary information, we will send a pre-paid mailing label.

You can print one if you have access to the email and printer.

4. Pack the clean, dry items in original packaging.

5. Make sure that your order number is noted in your return.

6. Apply the pre-paid label to the outside of your bag with clear tape.

7. Leave the package in a secure place where you normally store your outgoing mail or drop it off at any US Mailbox or Post Office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
